North Korea sees 219K new ‘fever’ cases, US offers help: 10 global Covid updates

North Korea reported 219,030 new patients suffering from “symptoms such as fever” for the fifth day in a row when the country fought with the first coronavirus outbreak to be confirmed in two years, the Reuters news agency said the South Korean Yonhap network. The country first confirmed the Covid outbreak after a large -magnitude military parade in Pyongyang in April, said the report, quoting parliamentary members who were briefed by the South Korean eye agent.
