‘Ganglands’ Season 2: Netflix Officially Renews French Series
Gangsani, or as it is known in his home country, Braqueurs: La Série, has officially been updated for the second season at Netflix.
The new French crime drama dropped on Netflix globally on September 24 is about robbers and his apprentice becomes deep into lawn war between law and drug dealers. 6 episodes are released as part of season 1.
Ganglands comes from Hamid Hlioua Creator and Julien Leclercq who are not foreigners to Netflix. Hlioua served as a writer on the Canceled Netflix Series La Revolution and LeClercq lent his writing skills to the French Film Thriller Netflix, Sentinelle.
How well does Ganglands appear on Netflix?
Using the top 10 data from FlixPatrol, we can see the series is the # 4 show throughout the world on September 30, 2021.
The series took place at the New Netflix TV Top 10s for 18 days obtained 114 points. It took place in the top 10 of France as a whole for 14 days.
According to Netflix statistics released, this series compiled 54.5 million hours seen globally between September 20 to October 10.

“We have a lot of ideas. Many things are possible. We are thinking about it …”
Like all Netflix updates, we have to wait a month or two after the initial release for Netflix to collect data about whether it will be green in the second season or not.

The crew film has left Netflix
We also have to note that the film The Crew left Netflix in November 2021. Film, directed by Julien Leclercq, functions as a source material for the series. It left Netflix globally after three years.
